IMPORTANT RETURN NOTICE: Please note that there is still the possibility of Covid shipping delays. If your item it arrives after you needed it please contact us about returning it and exceptions to the return and exchange policy. My apologies if you have not received your order in a timely manner due to the postal systems.

Returns and exchanges are accepted. We want you to be happy! Please contact us about making a return prior to returning an item (mostly to make sure you’re sending to the right place). Forced returns not accepted, you must contact us before making a return. Mainly this is so we know it’s on the way, who it’s from, and that you are sending directly back to the correct address (Westholme, BC, full address below).

Items being returned must be in saleable condition, preferably unopened and in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Please include the receipt, or a note referencing your order number, so we can find your original order. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, a refund or an exchange will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we notify you via email (or phone), within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return or exchange. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you are exchanging an item, your new item will be sent asap. Examples of items that would not be accepted are pizza stained doll knit, items with smoke smells, felt that has been cut, etc. If you’re wondering, those are actual examples of what’s been returned before (I know!).

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable): You will be refunded, or partially refunded for the goods ordered (as the case may be), not including shipping (unless agreed upon, such as in the case of a defective item). You are responsible to pay shipping on the original outgoing order and the cost to return the order. Refunds will be made in the same manner in which the order was paid. If you are receiving a credit card refund it can take several business days to show up on your end. Please contact us if you are owed a refund and it didn’t appear to come through.
